WATCH DOGS is a 4-hour documentary series,  on the streets of Chicago. Our starting point is from inside the lens of the media and investigative journalists.  The series  explores unique character driven narratives that intersect with policing, politics, community, and the criminal underworld.  These characters are at the center of Chicago’s conflicts; many with parallels to anti institutional strife happening across the world.
